Your daily guest list should be emailed to Reyna@hamptonclassic.com to arrive at our office no later than NOON the day before the actual date guests will attend. Passes left at will-call are prepared the day before; late lists may not be accommodated.

Please refrain from sending multiple updates of your guest lists throughout the week. Wait until your list

is final and send each day’s list only once.

Please ensure that your list does not exceed the number of seats you have at your table. 

Only ONE list may be submitted per day.

For example, two lists, one for morning and one afternoon attendees is not allowed.

Passes will be held in a packet at will-call under the table name. Please instruct your guests to state

the table name first, and then their own name when picking up their passes (See sample email invitation

below) Reyna will email you the guest list form template to use during the show.

You are welcome to leave passes and notes for guests by delivering envelopes to will-call yourself.

We would love to have YOU / YOU AND YOUR WIFE OR HUSBAND / YOU AND YOUR FAMILY as our GUEST(S) at the 2023 Hampton Classic Horse Show on DAY(S) & DATE(S).

The show is located on Snake Hollow Road in Bridgehampton. As you enter the showgrounds, please keep to the right-hand lane which will take you to the will-call booth. Once there, please mention that you are guests of TABLE NAME and you will be issued your credentials for the day. To avoid confusion, please be sure to mention our table name and then your name which will be on our guest list – the guest list and passes are held under table name only.

Note, there is no charge for parking and attendants will direct you to one of several nearby parking lots.
